摘要
作为一种先进的管理理念,精细化管理在工程质量管理、成本管理等方面均取得了良好的效果,相比传统的管理模式,精细化管理更侧重于管理过程中细节的把控、过程的改进,在提高了管理效率的同时也降低了工程成本。随着市场经济改革的不断深入,电力企业也要不断提升自身的管理水平,在电力工程成本管理中引入精细化管理理念,能够降低工程成本,提高企业的经济效益及社会效益。文章就针对电力工程成本控制中精细化管理理念的应用进行探讨。
As an advanced management concept,fine management has achieved good results in engineering quality management and cost management.Compared with the traditional management mode,fine management focuses more on the control of details and the improvement of process in the management process,which improves the management efficiency and reduces the engineering cost.With the deepening of market economy reform,electric power enterprises should also continuously improve their management level.The introduction of fine management concept in power engineering cost management can reduce engineering costs and improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises.This paper discusses the application of fine management concept in power engineering cost control.
