摘要
目的观察健脾通络法促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的效果。方法选择2018年7月至2019年7月在我院肛肠科治疗的60例肛瘘术后创面暴露患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用健脾通络法进行治疗(包括生肌玉红膏外敷、健脾通络汤口服),对照组采用湿润烧伤膏涂敷+安慰剂口服治疗。比较两组的干预效果。结果治疗组的术后创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7、14 d,治疗组的术后创面肉芽组织生长状态评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7、14 d,治疗组的中医证候评分明显低于对照组,血清EGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予肛瘘术后创面患者健脾通络法治疗,可有效促进创面愈合。
Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Tongluo method on wound healing after anal fistula surgery.Methods Sixty patients with wound exposure after anal fistula surgery treated in anorectal department of our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Tongluo method(including external application Shengji Yuhong ointment and oral Jianpi Tongluo decoction),and the control group was treated with external application of moist exposed burn ointment+oral placebo.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On 7 and 14 days after treatment,the scores of granulation tissue growth in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).On 7 and 14 days after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the serum EGF levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Tongluo method can effectively promote wound healing in patients with wound after anal fistula surgery.
