摘要
为了简化木工数控加工过程手动编程的复杂程度以及降低大批量生产过程中人工操作的难度,开发一种基于特征参数化木工CAD/CAM系统。系统由功能模块和参数信息库组成,功能模块分为参数化建模模块、工艺参数选择模块、道路轨迹生成及动态切削仿真模块、NC代码输出及后置处理模块,参数信息库由木工构件特征信息库和木工构件工艺信息库构成。为了增加系统容错率和可调性,各模块采用自上而下的设计模式,各参数信息库采用与系统模块相分离的设计方法,实现模块之间的功能对接和信息传递,使得系统达到完整运行的目的,实现木工榫头参数化加工并通过模拟仿真后输出用于特定数控机床的加工代码,最终实现自动化加工的目的。
In order to simplify the complexity of manual programming in woodworking numerical control process and reduce the difficulty of manual manipulation in mass production,a parametric woodworking CAD/CAM system based on features was developed.The system is composed of functional modules and parameter information base.The functional modules are divided into parametric modeling module,process parameter selection module,road track generation and dynamic cutting simulation module,NC code output and post processing module.The parameter information base is composed of woodworking component characteristic information base and woodwork component process information base.In order to increase the fault-tolerance rate and tunability of the system,each module adopts the top-down design mode,and each parameter information base adopts the design method separated from the system module.Realize the function docking and information transfer between the modules,make the system achieve the purpose of complete operation,realize the woodworking tenon parametric machining and output the machining code for a specific CNC machine tool through simulation,finally realize the goal of automatic machining.
