摘要
共同体经济的基本演化历程是多种关系产生的历史根源,也是不同主体经济关系及其发展和相互制约的错综复杂的显现。生产性共同体是共同体经济的原初状态;政治性共同体内含强烈的身份(权利)属性,以奴隶制城邦为基本表现;交换的共同体本身意味着私有财产关系的进一步发展,原先凭借劳动和制度维系的共同性下降为劳动形式、工资给付和资本生产普遍化,伴随交换的共同体内在性质的这种转变,城乡关系至此进入资本积累和商品流通为常态的共同体经济时期。马克思主义经典理论对有关城乡关系进行了深刻探讨与完整阐释,揭示了不同阶段城乡关系的内在逻辑与演变动力。应充分利用城市部门先进的技术、知识和管理经验以及技术工人实现规模经营与劳动力更加节省,消除私有制关系下城乡共同体在经济上的实质性对立和浮于表面的共同利益,只有这样乡村和城市的利益才可能实现一致与融洽。
The basic evolution course of community economy is the historical origin of various relationships,and also the complex manifestation of the economic relationships with different subjects and their development and mutual restriction.Productive community is the original state of community economy;political community contains a strong identity(right)attribute,with the slave state as its basic manifestation;and exchange community itself means the further development of private property relationship,at first the intercommunity is maintained by labor and system,then it declines into the generalization of the form of labor,wage payment and capital production.With the transformation of exchange community’s inner nature,the urban and rural relationship at this point enters into the period of community economy in which capital accumulation and commodity circulation is normal.Classical Marxist theory deeply discusses and fully explains the relationship between urban and rural areas,and thus reveals the internal logic and evolution impetus of the relationship between urban and rural areas in different stages.We should make full use of the advanced technology,knowledge and management experience from the urban sectors,together with the skilled workers,to realize the scale operation and more economical labor,and eliminate the substantial economic opposition and superficial common interests in urban-rural community under the relationship of private ownership.Only in this way can the interests of the countryside and cities become consistent and harmonious.
