摘要
处方药的网络交易是我国药品网络交易发展的关键。结合我国处方药网络交易政策和市场发展状况,探索性地提出了4种处方药网络交易模式,针对不同模式进行简要分析,并针对处方药网络交易中存在的问题提出了发展建议,包括开展处方药网络交易试点、构建医疗信息大数据云平台、建设统一的网上药品交易平台、发展处方药物流服务等,期望为处方药的网络交易创新发展提供借鉴。
Online prescription Rx drug trading is a key concern in promoting the development of online Rx drug trading in China.Based on the online prescription Rx drug trading policy and the market development trend,the author proposes and analyses four online prescription Rx drug trading models.In addition,the author suggests several strategies to further promote the innovative development of online prescription Rx drug trading:conducting pilot online prescription Rx drug trading;building a medical information big-data cloud platform;constructing a unified online Rx drug trading platform;developing the prescription Rx drug logistics services.
