摘要 介绍了焦化厂制酸装置建筑物防腐蚀的设计意义、防腐蚀设计要点、防腐蚀结构形式选择等,阐述了防腐蚀施工控制要点和注意事项。从净化工序、吸收工序地面和排水沟、地下坑槽等防腐蚀部位需要的耐久性、耐候性、易施工性、经济性方面考虑,选择块材做防腐蚀面层的结构,利用耐酸砖优良的耐酸性能,阻止酸性介质对地面混凝土、地下结构的腐蚀,防止泄漏后对土壤、地下水造成污染,延长和保护建筑物寿命,保护环境。 The design significance,the key points of anti-corrosion design and the selection of the structure form of the anticorrosion structure of the acid plant building in coking plant are introduced.The control points and precautions of the anti-corrosion construction are expounded.Considering the durability,weather resistance,construction and economy of the anti-corrosion parts such as the purification process,absorption process ground,drainage ditch,underground pit groove,etc.,the block material is selected as the anticorrosion surface layer structure,and the excellent acid resistance performance of acid resistant brick is used to prevent the corrosion of ground concrete and underground structure by acid medium,and to prevent pollution to soil and groundwater after leakage,extend and protect the life of buildings and protect the environment.
