摘要
目的探究肿瘤内科高龄患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)非计划性拔管的原因及有效预防措施的研究。方法本研究涉及对象为2016年2月至2019年2月我院收治的86例肿瘤内科高龄患者,均行PICC,分为参照组与研究组,每组各43例,参照组给予常规护理,研究组给予预防措施护理,对比两组患者非计划性拔管率、生活质量与护理满意度,进行统计学分析。结果研究组患者的非计划性拔管率低于参照组,P<0.05。研究组护理后生活质量评分、护理满意度高于参照组,P<0.05。结论PICC置管的肿瘤内科高龄患者需实施预防措施护理,有助于预防非计划性拔管,改善生活质量,得到满意评价,护理效果显著。
Objective To investigate the causes and effective preventive measures of unscheduled venous catheterization(PICC)of peripheral venipuncture center in aged patients of oncology.Methods This study involved 86 patients with advanced age in oncology,all of whom were PICC.The study time was from February 2016 to February 2019.It was divided into a reference group and a research group,each with 43 cases.The reference group was given regular care and the research group was given preventive measures care.The unplanned extubation rate,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were analyzed statistically.Results The rate of unplanned extraction was lower in the study group than in the reference group,P<0.05.The quality of life,nursing satisfaction after care in the research group were higher than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion The nursing measures should be carried out in the old age patients of oncology Department of PICC,which is helpful to prevent unplanned extubation,improve the quality of life,get satisfactory evaluation,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
