摘要
1只3月龄贵宾犬,就诊前约1周不慎从高处跌落,之后持续颈部疼痛,活动受限,为了诊治该病例,通过临床检查、影像学检查及实验室检查进行确诊,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:该犬为寰枢椎脱位并伴有中枢神经压迫,采用手术方法进行寰枢关节固定治疗后该犬预后良好。说明寰枢关节固定术是治疗该类疾病较为有效的方法。
A three-month-old Poodle accidentally fell from a height about one week before the treatment, and then continued to suffer from neck pain and restricted mobility.In order to diagnose and treat this case, the trial used clinical examination, imaging examination and laboratory examination to confirm the diagnosis, and the treatment was carried out based on diagnosis results. The results showed that the dog had atlantoaxial dislocation accompanied by central nerve compression. The prognosis of the dog was good after atlantoaxial joint fixation by surgical methods. The results suggested that atlantoaxial arthrodesis was the most effective method to treat this type of disease.
