树麻雀雏鸟免疫系统对环境重金属污染胁迫的响应 被引量:1

Study on the response of immune system in tree sparrow nestlings to environmental heavy metals pollution stress

摘要 为探讨鸟类免疫系统对环境重金属污染的响应,选择留鸟树麻雀(Passer montanus)的雏鸟为研究对象,调查分析长期受重金属铜、锌、铅、镉污染为主的甘肃省白银市四龙镇和相对无污染的永靖县刘家峡镇的树麻雀雏鸟体况以及免疫器官、免疫细胞、免疫分子水平上的特点及差异性.结果表明,白银地区树麻雀雏鸟脾脏和腔上囊中w(Cu)、w(Zn)、w(Pb)、w(Cd)均显著高于刘家峡地区(P<0.05),雏鸟体况极显著低于刘家峡地区(P<0.01);与刘家峡地区相比,白银地区树麻雀雏鸟脾脏和腔上囊相对变小,脾脏动脉周围淋巴鞘细胞密度和腔上囊淋巴滤泡细胞密度较低;白银地区树麻雀雏鸟异嗜性粒细胞和淋巴细胞的比值极显著高于刘家峡地区(P<0.01),血细胞比容显著低于刘家峡地区(P<0.05);白银地区树麻雀雏鸟体内血浆ρ(总补体蛋白)、ρ(免疫球蛋白A)、ρ(白细胞介素2)和ρ(白细胞介素6)均显著高于刘家峡地区(P<0.05),ρ(免疫球蛋白Y)显著低于刘家峡地区(P<0.05).树麻雀雏鸟的体况以及免疫器官、免疫细胞、免疫分子水平对环境重金属胁迫均有不同程度的响应. In order to explore the responses of the immune system in birds to environmental heavy metals pollution, tree sparrow(Passer montanus) nestlings were chosen as the study object, and Silong town in Baiyin(BY) district, polluted by heavy metals for long time, and Liujiaxia(LJX) town in Yongjing district, a relatively unpolluted area, were chosen as the study sites. The differences in body conditions,immune organs, immune cells and immune molecules of tree sparrow nestlings between BY and LJX were investigated into and analyzed. The results showed that w(Cu), w(Zn), w(Pb) and w(Cd) in the spleen and bursa fabricius of tree sparrow nestlings from BY were higher than those from LJX(P<0.05);body conditions of tree sparrow nestlings from BY was lower than that from LJX(P<0.01);compared with LJX, their spleen and bursa fabricius tended to be smaller, and the periarterial lymphatic sheath cell density was lower;the heterophil/lymphocyte value of tree sparrow nestlings from BY was higher than that from LJX(P<0.01);the hematocrit of nestlings from BY was lower than that from LJX(P<0.05);ρ(plasma total complement protein), ρ(immunoglobulin-A), ρ(interleukin-2), ρ(interleukin-6)of nestlings from BY were higher than those from LJX(P<0.05), but the ρ(immunoglobulin Y) was lower(P<0.05). It is suggested that body conditions, immune organs, immune cells and immune molecules of tree sparrow nestlings had different degrees of response to the environmental heavy metals pollution.
