摘要
目的评价肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)全病毒灭活疫苗(C4亚型)的交叉中和特性。方法采用微量细胞病变法检测我国EV71全病毒灭活疫苗(C4亚型)免疫血清(46份)对B0~B4、C1、C2、C4和C5亚型的中和效价,计算几何平均滴度(geometric mean titer,GMT)及其增长倍数(fold increase in geometric mean titer,GMFI),并评价B0~B4、C1、C2、C5亚型与C4亚型检测结果的相关性(R^(2))。结果46份免疫血清的各亚型EV71中和抗体阳转率均为100%,GMTs范围为288.9~871.3,GMFIs为72.2~217.8。B0~B4、C1、C2和C5亚型与C4亚型检测结果呈正相关,R^(2)分别为0.6528、0.6184、0.6391、0.7195、0.6891、0.6693、0.7264和0.6974。结论我国EV71全病毒灭活疫苗(C4亚型)对B0~B4、C1、C2和C5亚型EV71具有良好的交叉中和活性。
Objective To evaluate the cross neutralizing characteristics of inactivated enterovirus 71(EV71)vaccine(subgenotype C4).Methods The neutralizing titers of 46 serum samples immunized with inactivated EV71 vaccine(subgenotype C4)against EV71 strains of subgenotypes B0~B4,C1,C2,C4 and C5 were determined by microcytopathic method,based on which the geometric mean titer(GMT)and fold increase in geometric mean titer(GMFI)were calculated,and the relationships of determination results of subgenotypes B0~B4,C1,C2,C5 to that of subgenotype C4 were evaluated(R^(2)).Results All the positive rates of neutralizing antibodies against EV71 of various subgenotypes in46 serum samples were 100%,while the GMTs were 288.9~871.3,and the GMFIs were 72.2~217.8.The determination results of subgenotypes B0~B4,C1,C2 and C5 were positively to that of subgenotype C4,with R^(2) values of 0.6528,0.6184,0.6391,0.7195,0.6891,0.6693,0.7264 and 0.6974 respectively.Conclusion Inactivated EV71 vaccine(subgenotype C4)showed good cross neutralizing activity to subgenotypes B0~B4,C1,C2 and C5.
