青岛高校新生高尿酸血症调查 被引量:3

Investigation of hyperuricemia among freshmen in Qingdao college students

摘要 目的调查驻青岛高校新生高尿酸血症分布特征,探讨饮食和环境变化对血尿酸水平的影响。方法以2018年青岛地区高校新生856名作为研究对象,另选788名入学1年以上大学生和地方体检人员980人作为对照。对检出的高尿酸血症学生进行饮食干预,3个月后比较干预前后血尿酸水平。结果入校新生平均血尿酸水平为(470.53±68.59)μmol/L,高尿酸血症检出率64.95%;入校1年以上学员平均血尿酸水平为(380.20±56.71)μmol/L,高尿酸血症检出率23.60%;地方体检人员平均血尿酸水平为(378.76±58.41)μmol/L,高尿酸血症检出率26.12%。入校新生的血尿酸水平高于其他人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),入学1年以上的学生和当地体检人员的血尿酸水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。入校新生中检出的402名高尿酸血症学生经饮食干预3个月,血尿酸明显降低。结论青岛高校入校新生血尿酸水平和高尿酸血症检出率高于入学1年以上在校学生和当地体检人员;饮食干预可降低血尿酸水平。 Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of hyperuricemia(HUA)in the freshmen in one of Qingdao colleges,and to discuss the effects of diet and environmental changes on the level of serum uric acid(SUA).Methods A total of 856 freshmen from universities in Qingdao city in 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and 788 college students enrolled for more than one year and 980 local physical examination personnel were selected as the control.The students with hyperuricemia were given dietary intervention,and the SUA level before and after intervention was compared 3 months later.Results The average SUA level of freshmen was(470.53±68.59)μmol/L,and the prevalence of HUA was 64.95%.The average SUA level of the students enrolled for more than one year was(380.20±56.71)μmol/L,and the prevalence of HUA was 23.60%.The average SUA level of those took physical examination was(378.76±58.41)μmol/L,and the detection rate of HUA was 26.12%.The SUA level of freshmen was significantly higher than that in the other two groups,with statistical difference(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the students enrolled more than one year and those took physical examination(P>0.05).After dietary intervention,the SUA level of 402 freshmen with HUA was significantly decreased.Conclusion The SUA level and prevalance of HUA in freshmen were significantly higher than the senior students who had been in college for more than one year and local physical examinees.Dietary intervention can reduce the SUA level.
