摘要
某热轧生产线厚窄规格钢种在精整开卷尾部100米左右存在层间挫伤,经过多次跟踪试验,确认了原卷尾部卷紧度低是导致原卷尾部产生热态层间挫伤缺陷的原因,并且发现卷紧度与尾部带钢凸度有相关性。由于该规格精轧负荷低,通过调整精轧设备无法达到目标凸度,因此通过采取降低RT4、增加中间坯厚度等措施提高尾部凸度,提高卷紧度,有效地解决了厚窄规格钢尾部层间挫伤缺陷问题。
There exists interlayer scratch on about 100 meters away from tail of the thick and narrow steel type of a hot rolling production line after finishing uncoiling. After series of tracking tests,it is confirmed that the low tightness of the original coiling is the cause of the scratch defect,and it is found that the tightness of coiling is correlated with the convexity of the strip. Due to the low load of finishing rolling,the target convexity could not be achieved by adjusting the finishing rolling equipment. Therefore,measures such as reducing RT4 and increasing the thickness of the intermediate billet were taken to improve the convexity of the tail and increase the tightness of coiling,which effectively solved the interlayer scratch at tail of the thick and narrow steel.
