摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜切除术患者中的应用。方法选取北部战区总医院2018年9月—2020年9月收治的80例子宫肌瘤腹腔镜切除术患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和综合护理干预组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理方法,综合护理干预组采用综合护理干预,比较两组的术后肠鸣音时间、自主排气时间、排便时间、饮食恢复时间、护理前后的生活质量、自尊水平、焦虑和抑郁评分情况。结果综合护理干预组的肠鸣音时间、自主排气时间、排便时间、饮食恢复时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前的生活质量评分、自尊水平评价、焦虑和抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组的生活质量评分、自尊水平评价高于护理前,焦虑和抑郁评分低于护理前;且综合护理干预组的生活质量评分、自尊水平评价高于对照组,焦虑和抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜切除术患者中的应用,可以改善患者胃肠道功能,提高生活质量、自尊水平,改善焦虑和抑郁情绪。
Objective To approach comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hysteromyoma undergoing laparoscopic resection.Methods A total of 80 cases laparoscopic resection patients in Northern Theater Command General Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as research objects,who were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing,the comprehensive nursing intervention group used comprehensive nursing intervention,the postoperative bowel sound time,self-venting time,defecation time,recovery time,life quality,self esteem level evaluation,anxiety,depression before nursing and after nursing of two groups were compared.Results The rumbling sound time,self-venting time,defecation time,diet recovery time of comprehensive nursing intervention group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The life quality score,self esteem level evaluation,and anxiety,depression scores of two groups before nursing were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the life quality score,self esteem level evaluation of two groups were higher than those before nursing,anxiety and depression scores were lower than those before nursing;the life quality score,the self esteem level evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention group were higher than those of the control group,anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hysteromyoma undergoing laparoscopic resection,which could improve gastrointestinal function of patients,increase life quality,self esteem level,improve anxiety and depression.
