摘要
目的探讨疗癣卡西甫丸治疗中重度头皮脂溢性皮炎(SSD)的效果。方法选取2017年10月—2020年5月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的116例SSD患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组各58例。试验组患者采用疗癣卡西甫丸联合酮康唑洗剂治疗,对照组患者采用酮康唑洗剂治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率、症状评分及生活质量。结果试验组患者的总有效率(94.83%)高于对照组(82.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者用药后的瘙痒评分[(0.92±0.06)分]、鳞屑评分[(1.24±0.23)分]、丘疹评分[(1.19±0.21)分]低于对照组[(1.63±0.25)、(1.72±0.34)、(1.63±0.27)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的简明健康测量量表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疗癣卡西甫丸有助于减轻中重度SSD患者瘙痒、鳞屑等症状,提升其整体疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills treating moderate to severe scalp seborrheic dermatitis(SSD).Methods A total of 116 patients SSD admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Shenyang City from October 2017 to may 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group by simple randomilization,with 58 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills combined with Ketoconazole Lotion,while the patients in the control group were treated with Ketoconazole Lotion.The total effective rate,symptom score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in experimental group(94.83%)was higher than that in control group(82.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pruritus score([0.92±0.06]points),scale score([1.24±0.23]points)and papule score([1.19±0.21]points)in experimental group were lower than those in control group([1.63±0.25],[1.72±0.34],[1.63±0.27]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Concise health measurement scales(SF-36)scores in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills is helpful to relieve the symptoms of pruritus and scales in patients with moderate to severe SSD,and improve its overall efficacy.
