摘要
报道了极高龄女性供卵助孕的情况,探讨了极高龄女性生育现状、助孕存在的风险以及供卵助孕易于引发的伦理问题,旨在提醒生殖中心工作人员在接诊极高龄女性助孕时,既要尊重其生育权,又要充分告知极高龄女性生育给自身及子代带来的风险。对极高龄女性实施辅助生殖技术治疗面临着一系列的医学和伦理问题。助孕前应加强医患沟通,遵循有利于患者原则、知情同意原则、有利于后代原则等伦理原则,接受伦理委员会的监督,严防技术滥用,尽可能适时劝导极高龄女性放弃供卵助孕治疗。
This paper reports cases of assisted pregnancy with oocyte donation in extremely advanced maternal age women.It discusses the fertility status of older women,the existing risks of assisted pregnancy in extremely advanced maternal age women,the ethical problems that are likely to be caused by assisted pregnancy with oocyte donation,to remind the reproductive center staffs to respect the reproductive rights of extremely advanced maternal age women and their spouses while fully informing them of the risks of childbirth to themselves,their spouses and their offspring.The assisted reproductive technology(ART)treatment faces with a series of medical and ethical problems.Prior to pregnancy assistance,doctor-patient communication should be strengthened,the ethical principles of beneficial to the patient,informed consent and beneficial to future generations and so on should be followed and the supervision of the ethics committee should be accepted to strictly prevent the abuse of technology and persuade timely extremely advanced maternal age women to give up the treatment of assisted pregnancy with oocyte donation.
