甜菜碱型聚丙烯酸酯硬挺剂的合成与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为提高聚丙烯酸酯硬挺剂的力学性能并改善其热软冷脆的缺点,以可聚型甜菜碱两性离子单体为功能单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯为软单体,采用无皂乳液聚合法制备甜菜碱型聚丙烯酸酯硬挺剂,用于汽车安全带(高强力涤纶织物)的硬挺整理。测试了硬挺剂及其整理后织物的各项性能。结果表明:甜菜碱含量越高,硬挺剂乳胶颗粒的粒径越小、分布越均匀,硬挺剂中形成偶极力的甜菜碱偶极离子对数量增加,使得整理后织物的硬挺性能增强且受环境温度的影响减小。 In order to improve the mechanical properties of polyacrylate stiffener and improve the weakness of soft in hot and brittle in cold,the betaine polyacrylate stiffener is prepared by soap-free emulsion polymeriza-tion with polymerizable betaine zwitterionic monomer as the functional monomer,methyl methacrylate as the hard monomer,and butyl acrylate as the soft monomer,and is used for stiffening finishing of automobile safe-ty belt(high-strength polyester fabric).The properties of the stiffener and its finished fabric are tested.The re-sults show that the higher the content of betaine is,the smaller the particle size and the more uniform the dis-tribution of the stiffener emulsion particles are,and the number of betaine dipolar ion pairs formed in the stiff-ener increases,so that the stiffening property of the finished fabric is enhanced and the influence of ambient temperature on the stiffness decreases.
