摘要
根据联合作战能力本质属性,构建了联合作战能力评估指标体系,提出了一种基于不确定度区间数的联合作战能力评估方法。利用不确定度区间数的语言偏好信息量化表示方法分析了联合作战能力指标的量化表示问题,并采用Monte Carlo方法解决联合作战能力评估方法计算复杂性高的难题。
According to the essential features of joint operation capability,the index system of joint operation capability assessment is constructed,and a method of joint operation capability assessment based on uncertainty interval number is put forward.The quantitative representation of joint operation capability index is analyzed by using the quantitative representation of language preference information based on the uncertainty interval number,and the high computational complexity problem of the joint operation capability assessment is solved by using the Monte Carlo method.
