摘要
“刑法学”课程属于法学专业核心课,教学中既要向学生传授专业知识,也要注重思政元素的挖掘与嵌入。互联网背景下“刑法学”课程思政建设面临着课程思政的教学理念尚未树立、内容融合能力不足、方式创新不够、效果难以评价等困境。为发挥好“刑法学”课程的育人作用,需要增强刑法教学理念的时代性,提升教学资源的共享性,注重教学方法的综合性,优化评估考核的可测性,进一步推进法学教育发展,提高法学专业人才培养质量。
The course of“Criminal Law”belongs to the core course of law.In the course of teaching,we should not only impart professional knowledge to students,but also pay attention to the excavation and embedding of ideological and political elements.Under the background of the Internet,the ideological and political construction of the“Criminal Law”curriculum is faced with the“curriculum ideological and political”teaching concept has not yet been established,the“curriculum ideological and political”content integration ability is insufficient,the“curriculum ideological and political”method is not innovative enough,and the effect of the“curriculum ide-ological and political”is difficult to evaluate And other dilemmas.In order to give full play to the education role of the“Criminal Law”course,it is necessary to enhance the timeliness of criminal law teaching concepts,enhance the sharing of criminal law teaching resources,pay attention to the comprehensiveness of criminal law teaching methods,optimize the measurability of evaluation and assessment,and further promote legal education Develop and improve the quality of training legal professionals.
