摘要
数控机场技术不断推陈出新,加快了机械制造工业发展进程,在新技术和新设备涌现的同时,也对设备的稳定性提出了更高的要求。西门子840D数控系统结构较为复杂,运行过程中容易出现故障问题,影响到设备整体运行性能,甚至造成连锁反应,导致设备使用寿命缩短,增加维护成本。因此,文章重点分析西门子840D数控系统的故障具体问题所在,在精准诊断故障基础上,提出合理有效的维修措施落实到实处,确保西门子840D数控系统安全稳定运行,提升设备的整体使用性能和使用寿命。
Numerical control airport technology continues to bring forth the new through the old,accelerate the process of the development of machinery manufacturing industry,in the emergence of new technology and new equipment at the same time,but also put forward higher requirements for the stability of equipment.Siemens 840D numerical control system structure is more complex,the operation process is prone to failure problems,affect the overall performance of the equipment,and even cause chain reaction,resulting in equipment service life shortened,increase maintenance costs.Therefore,the article focuses on the analysis of Siemens 840D CNC system fault specific problems,on the basis of accurate fault diagnosis,put forward reasonable and effective maintenance measures to implement,to ensure the safe and stable operation of Siemens 840D CNC system,improve the overall performance and service life of equipment.
