摘要
高校青年教师课程改革意愿直接关系到高校青年教师课程改革的参与度、主动性和成效,有重要的研究价值;运用AHP对高校青年教师课程改革意愿的影响因素进行研究,建立了以感知有用性、感知易用性、促进条件、教师经验以及教师课程能力为主体的影响因素指标体系,邀请专家打分,进行一致性检验,权重计算,发现这五个影响指标中影响权重由大到小依次为感知有用性、感知易用性、教师课程能力、促进条件以及经验,并根据研究结果从这五个方面提出相应建议。
The willingness of young university teachers’curriculum reform is directly related to the participation,initiative and effectiveness of young university teachers’curriculum reform,so the study is very important.This article uses AHP to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness that young teachers in higher education to participate in curriculum reform,and establishes an influencing indicator system based on perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,promotion conditions,experience,and course teaching ability.Then we invite experts to score,and carry out the consistency test and weight calculation.It is found that teachers’perceived usefulness has the biggest influence,the second one is perceived ease of use,the third one is teachers’course teaching ability,the fourth one is promotion conditions,and the last one is experience.In the end,Corresponding suggestions were put forward in each aspect.
