摘要
采用数据包络分析(DEA)和探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)对2004-2016年长江经济带星级饭店经营效率的时空变化态势及其关键影响因子进行探讨,结果发现:2004-2016年长江经济带星级饭店经营效率整体无效,并呈东高西低的阶梯状分布格局,地区差距明显且有逐渐缩小趋势;空间上呈离散分布特征,除湖北和贵州外的其他省市星级饭店经营效率聚集类型变化明显,集聚中心具有明显的非均衡分布特征;居民消费水平、客运量、资源禀赋对长江经济带星级饭店经营效率具有显著的正向影响,而地区生产总值和旅游总收入则具有负向影响.要改善长江经济带星级饭店的经营效率、缩小空间差异,应当优化资源配置、加强区域协作,并引入、借鉴发达区域的先进运营管理经验.
Data envelopment analysis(DEA)and exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)were used to explore the spatio-temporal evolution of the efficiency of star hotels in the Yangtze River Economic Zone and its key impacting factors.The results found that the operating efficiency of the star hotels in the Yangtze River Economic Zone from 2004 to 2016 was inefficient on the whole,showing a ladder-like distribution pattern with higher east and lower west,and the regional gap was obvious with a tendency of gradually narrowing.In terms ofspace,it exhibited the characteristic of discrete distribution,the type of gathering varied greatly with the exception of Hubei and Guizhou provinces,and the cluster center showed an obvious unbalanced distribution.Residents consumption level,passenger volume and resource endowment had a significant positive effect on the operating efficiency of star hotels in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,while the regional GDP and tourism revenue had a negative effect.Therefore,if the operating efficiency of the star hotels in this economic zone is to be improved and the spatial gap is to be reduced,it is essential to optimize resource allocation,strengthen regional cooperation and introduce advanced management experience.
