摘要
目的]利用PatSnap智慧芽专利系统采用关键词的检索方式对5-羟基色氨酸进行检索,对检索获取的数据从专利的视角分析5-羟基色氨酸的研究现状,以期为中国企业今后的研究开发提供参考。[方法]以PatSnap智慧芽专利系统收录的专利为数据来源,通过关键词检索并对获取的数据对比分析专利申请及授权、技术来源国、目标市场国等情况。[结果]国外申请5-羟基色氨酸领域的专利已有60多年的历史,美国是最大的技术来源国和最大的目标市场国。普渡制药公司申请的专利最多,专利申请量排名前十的申请人都来自国外。中国是最近20年才开始申请这个领域的专利,申请的专利很大一部分是5-羟基色氨酸的分离制备工艺。[结论]对5-羟基色氨酸的深度开发和药物应用以及制备工艺中如何进一步提高5-羟基色氨酸产品质量、提高产品的得率、降低成本是中国企业今后研究开发的方向。
[Purpose]Using PatSnap patent system to analyze the research status of 5-hydroxytryptophan from the patent perspective,in order to provide reference for future research and development of Chinese enterprises.[Method]To search 5-hydroxytryptophan patent data from PatSnap patent system by key words,and the data obtained were comparative analysis of patent application and authorization,technology source country,target market country,etc.[Result]It has been more than 60 years since foreign countries applied for patents in the field of 5-hydroxytryptophan.The United States is the largest technology source country and target market country.Purdue pharmaceutical company applied for the most patents.It is only in the last 20 years that China began to apply for patents in this field.[Conclusion]Further development and drug application of 5-hydroxytryptophan and how to further improve the quality of 5-hydroxytryptophan,improve the yield and reduce the cost are the future research and development directions of Chinese enterprises.
