摘要
大数据提供了看待和处理信息的新视角和新工具。高校档案具有大数据的特性,大数据要求高校档案管理更关注档案信息的数据化,改变传统档案收集观念,并赋予了高校档案全生命周期管理的新内涵:按“全数据”的要求对文件和档案进行统一管理;以数据生命周期管理统一文件生命周期和档案生命周期;强化在前端进行数据的收集,为大数据分析提供充分的素材。
Big data provides new perspectives and new tools for viewing and processing information.University archives have the characteristics of big data.Big data requires college archives management to pay more attention to the data of archives information,change the concept of traditional archives collection,and give the new connotation of the whole life cycle management of archives in colleges and universities:Manage files and archives in a unified manner according to the requirements of"full data";Manage the unified file life cycle and archives life cycle with the data life cycle;Strengthen the collection of data at the front end to provide sufficient material for big data analysis.
