改良负压封闭引流术对创伤后污染创面患者细菌感染及疼痛程度的影响

摘要 目的探讨改良负压封闭引流术(VSD)对创伤后污染创面患者细菌感染及疼痛程度的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年7月至2019年12月本院收治的60例创伤后污染创面患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规VSD治疗,观察组采用改良VSD治疗。比较两组患者细菌感染、疼痛程度、血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞计数(WBC)水平。结果观察组细菌感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、CRP及WBC水平均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良负压封闭引流术治疗创伤后污染创面效果显著,可降低患者细菌感染率,缓解疼痛程度,控制炎症反应。 Objective To investigate the effect of modified vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on bacterial infection and pain degree in patients with post-traumatic contaminated wound.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with post-traumatic contaminated wound who admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional VSD,and the observation group was treated with modified VSD.The bacterial infection,pain degree,plasma C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)were compared between two groups.Results The bacterial infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after surgery,the visual analogue scale(VAS),CRP and WBC in two groups were lower than those before sur-gery,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified VSD in treatment of post-traumatic contaminated wound has significant effects,it can decrease the rate of bacterial infection,relieve pain degree,and con-trol inflammatory response.
