摘要
加强新时代医院党外知识分子统战工作是贯彻落实党中央关于新时代统战工作的决策部署,加强公立医院党的建设工作的要求,合力应对国内外新形势新变化的需要。通过剖析A医院党外知识分子统战工作基本情况及存在的主要问题,提出在新时代背景下,应从创新思想引领机制、畅通沟通交流机制、建立大统战工作机制、强化服务关爱机制、完善统战工作队伍激励机制等五个方面改进医院党外知识分子统战工作。
Strengthening the united front work(UFW)for non-party intellectuals in hospitals is the requirement(1)to implement the decision of the Party Central Committee on UFW in the new era,(2)to strengthen the Party construction work in public hospital,and(3)to make joint effort to cope with the new situation and changes at home and abroad.Taking UFW of non-party intellectuals in hospital A as the research object,we conducted a random sampling questionnaire survey and interview among non-party intellectuals in hospital A.The UFW of the hospital was analyzed,the current status and the main problems of UFW of non-party intellectuals in hospital A were analyzed.The authors pointed out that,in the new era,UFW of non-party intellectuals in hospital should be improved from the following five aspects:innovating the ideological guidance mechanism,broadening the communication mechanism,establishing the working mechanism of the broad system of united front,strengthening the service and care mechanism,and improving the quality of the UFW team.
