摘要
天然气净化工艺过程涉及危险因素较多,且介质具有易燃易爆有毒有害特性,在实际生产中,净化厂往往会为相关工业管道设置众多安全屏障,以确保其平稳安全生产。如何合理评价安全屏障设置是否合适,对工业管道的安全运行至关重要。为此,针对天然气净化厂工业管道安全屏障,该文提出了一种综合模糊贝叶斯网络和TOPSIS评价方法。该方法运用模糊贝叶斯网络分析安全屏障设置前后的管道失效概率,获得不同安全屏障的有效性,然后利用TOPSIS方法,从有效性、成本、可靠性、设置与维护难度等方面对安全屏障进行综合评价,获得安全屏障的优先级排序。评价结果可为天然气净化厂工业管道安全屏障的决策部署提供科学参考。
Natural gas purification process involves many risk factors,and the medium has flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful characteristics,so it is particularly important to ensure the safety of industrial pipelines in natural gas purification plant.Therefore,in practice,many safety barriers are often set to ensure the safe production of the purification plant.How to evaluate the safety barrier plays an important role in the safe service of industrial pipelines.Based on Fuzzy Bayesian Network and TOPSIS,a comprehensive evaluation method for industrial pipeline safety barrier of natural gas purification plant was proposed.In this method,Fuzzy Bayesian Network is used to calculate the failure probability of pipelines with or without safety barriers to obtain the effectiveness of different safety barriers.Then the TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the safety barriers from the aspects of effectiveness,cost,reliability,difficulty of setting and maintenance,and finally the priority of safety barriers is obtained.The evaluation results can provide a scientific reference for the decision-making and deployment of industrial pipeline safety barriers in natural gas purification plants.
