摘要
新时代推进村级党组织振兴,应确保正确方向,着力加强村级党组织政治建设;激发内生动力,着力发挥村级党组织核心优势;提升治理效能,着力拓展村级党组织工作格局;对准价值目标,着力优化村级党组织服务功能。只有把握好这四个着力点,才能使村级党组织既注重加强自身建设又聚焦中心任务,为乡村全面振兴提供根本组织保障和政治保证。
To promote the revitalization of village-level organizations of CPC in the new era,the following four focuses should be centered:to ensure a correct direction and focus on strengthening the political construction of village-level Party organizations;to stimulate internal driving force and focus on utilizing primary advantages of village-level Party organizations;to enhance governance effectiveness and focus on expanding the working pattern of village-level Party organizations;to align value objectives and focus on optimizing service functions of village-level Party organizations.Village-level Party organizations should grasp those four focuses to strengthen their construction and focus on central tasks.Therefore,fundamental organizational safeguard and political assurance can be provided for the comprehensive revitalization of villages.
