摘要
利用贵州省85个国家气象观测站1981—2010年逐日降水量、最高气温、MCI指数资料,区域站2009年4月—2020年8月日降水量,对区域性暴雨、高温、干旱相关监测与评价指标阈值进行确定。结果显示:某日贵州境内有6个及以上国家站(或5个及以上国家站且6%及以上的全部站)日降水量≥50 mm则为一个区域性暴雨日;日最高气温≥35℃的站点数百分比≥12%为一个区域性高温日,持续出现3 d及以上为一次区域性高温过程。出现中度及以上强度干旱(MCI≤-1.0)的站点数百分比≥12%为一个区域性干旱日,当某日与前一日区域性干旱站点的重合率≥50%,且持续时间≥15 d,则为一次区域性干旱过程开始;当连续5 d出现中旱或以上强度的站点数百分比<12%或者与前一干旱日的站点数重合率<50%,则该次区域性干旱过程结束。对于贵州省范围内区域性暴雨、高温、干旱过程监测与评价,不再考虑相邻站点距离以及高温过程中站点重合率≥50%的要求。
Based on the daily precipitation,maximum temperature and MCI index data of 85 national meteorological observation stations in Guizhou Province from 1981 to 2010,and the daily precipitation of regional stations from April 2009 to August 2020,the thresholds of monitoring and evaluation indexes related to regional rainstorm,high temperature and drought were determined.The results show that:A day with 6 or more national stations(or 5 or more national stations and all stations with 6% or more)daily precipitation≥50 mm in Guizhou is considered as a regional rainstorm day.The percentage of sites≥12%with daily maximum temperature≥35℃ is a regional high temperature day.And the occurrence of 3 days or more is a regional high temperature process.A regional drought day was defined as one in which the percentage of sites with moderate or above intensity drought(MCI≤-1.0)was≥12%.When the coincidence rate between a certain day and the previous day's regional drought site is≥50%,and the duration is≥15 days,a regional drought process begins.When the percentage of sites with moderate drought or above intensity for 5 consecutive days is less than 12% or the coincidence rate of sites with the previous drought day is less than 50%,the regional drought process ends.For monitoring and evaluation of regional processes of heavy rain,high temperature and drought in Guizhou province,the requirements of distance between adjacent stations and the coincidence rate of stations in high temperature processes≥50% are no longer considered.
