Method and application of water ecological carrying capacity monitoring technology in river basin

摘要 近年来,国家采取了各项措施对环境问题进行治理.其中一个重要途径就是通过水生态环境承载力监测实现对流域水质的有效把握并及时采取措施进行治理.基于此,本文构建了一种流域水生态环境承载力优控污染物的筛选技术,即在众多污染物中优选出影响河流水质健康的关键污染物;对污染物的监测技术分类归纳为影像反演类监测技术、物联网类监测技术、物化类监测技术和应急监测技术;提出了一种监测技术评价方法以评估技术的适宜度,可提高实际监测中的工作效率. In recent years,the state has taken various measures to effectively control environmental problems,one of which is to realize the effective control of the water quality of the river basin through the monitoring of water eco-environmental carrying capacity and take timely measures to control it.Based on this,the monitoring technologies of pollutants are classified into image inversion monitoring technology,internet of things monitoring technology,physical and chemical monitoring technology and emergency monitoring technology.A screening technology for optimal control of pollutants in river basin water ecological environment carrying capacity is proposed,that is,the key pollutants affecting river water quality health are selected among many pollutants,and an evaluation method of monitoring technology is proposed to evaluate the suitability of the technology,which can improve the efficiency of practical monitoring.
