沅江市石矶湖黑臭水体治理工程案例分析 被引量:4

摘要 沅江市石矶湖黑臭水体通过采用截污纳管、优化截污主干管、建设调蓄池和溢流污水处理站、生态修复等技术措施治理后,其水质除总氮外,其余指标均提升到了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)地表IV类水标准.该项目利用当地网状水系,将1段现状明渠改造为溢流污水调蓄池,并在明渠调蓄池旁边建设了1座溢流污水处理站,使溢流污水经溢流污水处理站净化后再排入水体.治理结果表明:利用现有明渠作为调蓄池极大地节省了用地和建设投资;溢流污水处理站采用磁混凝沉淀工艺,具有占地面积小,处理效果较好的优点,其对SS、TP去除率达90%以上,COD去除率达70%以上,BOD5的去除率达60%以上,但是对N的去除效果很低. In the project of black and odorous water treatment in Shiji Lake of Yuanjiang City,the technical measures including constructing sewage collection pipe,optimizing sewage interception main pipe,constructing storage tank,constructing overflow sewage treatment station and ecological restoration were adopted.After the completion of the project,the water quality of Shiji Lake has been upgraded to Class IV water standard of“Environmental Quality Standards of Surface Water”(GB3838-2002),except for TN.The main feature of the project is to take advantage of the local network water system to transform a section of the existing open channel into an overflow sewage storage tank and to build an overflow sewage treatment station next to the storage tank.The overflow sewage is purified by the overflow sewage treatment station and then discharged into the water body.The treatment results show that using the existing open channel as a storage pool has greatly saved land and construction investment.Magnetic coagulation and sedimentation technology is used in overflow sewage treatment station,which has the advantages of small area and good treatment effect.The removal rate of SS and TP can reach over 90%.The removal rate of COD is more than 70%,and the removal rate of BOD5 is more than 60%,but the removal effect of N is very low.
