摘要
新时代意识形态的发展历程,既是不断彰显和强化其自洽性的过程,又是将意识形态体系转化为民众内在价值体系的过程。新时代意识形态发展的自洽性特征体现为价值、理论与策略的有机统一。新时代意识形态的发展实质就是不断传播价值,使象征形式逐步转化为价值观并被人们认同和践行的价值化过程。面对新时代语境,实现新时代意识形态的深化发展,要在整体性视野下发展新时代意识形态理论体系,在新时代实践大局中推进意识形态建设,在新技术语境中创新新时代意识形态传播手段,并构建意识形态与法治建设有机互动的机制。
The development of ideology in the new era is not only the process of constantly highlighting and strengthening its selfconsistency,but also the process of transforming the top-level ideological planning into the people's internal value system.The self consistency of the development of ideology in the new era is embodied in the organic unity of value,theory and strategy,and the essence of its development is the process of continuously spreading values,gradually transforming symbolic forms into values and being recognized and practiced by people.Facing the context of new era and realizing the extended development of the new era ideology,we should develop the ideological theoretical system of the new era under the overall vision,promote the ideological construction in the overall situation of the practice of the new era,innovate the ideology of the new era in the context of the new technology,and construct an organic interaction mechanism between the ideology form and the legal system construction.
