摘要
河湖水系综合整治是水生态系统保护与修复的手段之一。我国的河湖水系综合整治工作从城市开始,期间经历了很多不同的认识,也有一些经验教训。农村河湖水系综合整治需要汲取城市河湖水系综合整治的经验教训,要更加注重保护农村整体生态系统的自然性,认真研究农村区域自然生态系统的规律,采取基于自然的方案改善水生态环境;同时要注重水土资源的整体性,各类生态系统的独特性,注意文化和历史的真实性和传承。正确处理好水系整治的适度、局部与整体、自然与人工的关系。
Integrated management of river and lake water systems is one of the key measures for the protection and restoration of the water ecosystem.Since adopted in cities,it has received various understandings from different perspectives and accumulated valuable experiences and lessons.Thus,integrated management of rural rivers and lakes should draw experiences and lessons from the urban area,with more emphasis on the protection of naturalness of entire ecosystem,and careful study of the law of natural ecosystem by taking a nature-based approach to improving eco-environment.At the same time,great attention needs to be paid to the entirety of soil and water resources,uniqueness of various ecosystems,authenticity and inheritance of culture and history.It also needs to consider the moderation of water system management,and the relationships between local and whole as well as natural and artificial.
