摘要
企业产品标准自我声明公开工作试点至今已满5年,企业公开产品执行标准的相关数据信息呈现出新特点,企业执行作废标准、企业标准中引用作废标准等问题逐步凸显。文中对截至2020年3月的全国企业公开鞋类产品执行标准的层次类别、省市分布、时间分布和企业参与比例进行统计,分析了整个行业标准声明公开工作中存在的普遍性问题及其原因,并从制度完善、平台建设和各级标准管理三个方面提出应对建议。
It has been five years since the disclosure of self-declaration of enterprise product standards.The relevant data information of enterprise product execution standards has new characteristics,and the problems of enterprise implementing invalid standards and quoting invalid standards in enterprise standards have gradually become prominent.This paper makes statistics on the level category,provincial and municipal distribution,time distribution and enterprise participation proportion of open data of execution standards for footwear products by March 2020.It also analyzes the common problems and their causes,and puts forward corresponding suggestions from three aspects of system improvement,platform construction and standard management at all levels.
