摘要
在"互联网+"新形式下,传统的汽车服务模式已不能满足消费者需求。面向汽车服务生命周期,提出在互联网+多核服务价值链业务协同技术。设计并实现了多核服务价值链业务协同系统,在满足传统汽车服务业务需求的基础上,为汽车制造厂和维修服务商开展主动服务提供支持,从而进一步提高汽车服务的协同效率,降低服务成本,满足客户个性化需求。
Under the new form of"Internet plus",the traditional automobile service model can’t meet the needs of consumers.This paper proposes an Internet+multi-core service value chain business collaboration system for the service life cycle of the automotive service.We designed and implemented a multi-core service value chain business collaboration system.On the basis of meeting the business needs of traditional automobile service,it provides support for automobile manufacturers and maintenance service providers to carry out active service,so as to further improve the collaborative efficiency of automobile service,reduce service costs and meet the personalized needs of customers.
