摘要
DF500A型短波发射机主要有:电源系统,射频系统、控制系统、冷却系统四个重要组成部分,其中冷却系统分为风冷和水冷组成。水冷系统包括:风/水热交换器(冷凝器)、冷却水泵、水箱和离子交换器,水冷系统主要对射频末级电子管、射频驱动级电子管、射频末级管管座、射频末级输出网络、甚高频滤波器(VHF)、平衡/不平衡转换器进行冷却。如果散热效果不佳,导致电子管、真空电容过热是设备性能下降以致引起损坏的重要原因之一。本文通过水冷系统的基本结构、超蒸发冷却原理、冷凝器的选择等多角度对水冷系统进行阐述与分析,解决水冷系统容易被维护人员忽略的问题。
DF500A short wave transmitter is mainly composed of four important parts:power system,radio frequency system,control system and cooling system,among which cooling system is composed of air cooling and water cooling.The water cooling system includes:wind/water heat exchanger(condenser),cooling water pump,water tank and ion exchanger.The water cooling system mainly cools the final rf valve,the rf drive valve,the final RF pipe seat,the final RF output network,very high frequency filter(VHF),and the balance/imbalance converter.If the heat dissipation effect is not good,the overheating of the vacuum tube and vacuum capacitor is one of the important reasons that the equipment performance degrades and causes damage.In this paper,the basic structure of the water cooling system,superevaporative cooling principle,the choice of condenser and other aspects of the water cooling system are described and analyzed to solve the problem that the water cooling system is easy to be ignored by maintenance personnel.
