摘要
目的了解延续护理对持续正压通气(CPAP)治疗治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者依从性及疗效的影响。方法用OSAHS、CPAP、延续护理等有关检索词检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊数据库、万方数据库及PubMed数据库中的文献,用软件RevMan5.4对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果纳入7篇文献639例患者,文献质量评价均为B级,Meta分析显示延续护理明显提高CPAP治疗OSAHS患者依从性及疗效。结论延续护理可明显改善OSAHS患者依从性,提高疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of continuing nursing on compliance and efficacy of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods The articles were retrieved on CNKI,VIP,Wanfan and PubMed databases using search words such as OSAHS,CPAP,continuing nursing,and the like.The meta-analysis of literature included was performed by RevMan5.4 software.Results Seven articles and 639 cases were included.The literature quality was graded as B.Meta-analysis showed that continuing nursing reinforced the compliance and efficacy of CPAP in patients with OSAHS.Conclusion The continuing nursing can significantly improve the compliance and efficacy of CPAP in OSAHS.
