摘要
液晶高分子聚合物(LCP)以其优异的高频特性而被广泛应用于高频无源器件设计以及封装基板制备。文章利用LCP基板设计并实现了一款结构紧凑、中心频率20 GHz、相对带宽为30%、带内损耗小于2 dB的基片集成波导(SIW)带通滤波器。通过在SIW谐振腔短边垂直方向引入微扰金属通孔,实现了谐振腔主模中心频率从16 GHz上移到23.7 GHz,并且实现了单腔滤波特性。通过在滤波器中心位置加入槽线负载,使带通滤波器的带内传输特性得到显著改善,带内插损优于2 dB,并且其波动减小。同时,对弯曲情况下的滤波器进行了测试分析,结果表明该滤波器具有优异的传输特性。
Liquid crystalline polymer(LCP)is used in passive circuits design and electronic package based on its perfect high frequency performance.In this paper,a compact substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)bandpass filter with center frequency of 20 GHz,fraction bandwidth 30%,and better than 2 dB of insertion loss is designed and implemented by using LCP technology.The perturbation of metallic via holes in the vertical direction of short side of the SIW is introduced in this resonant cavity,and the resonant mode is shifted from 16 GHz to 23.7 GHz as the number of metallic via holes increase,and filter performance is obtained by using a single cavity.The slot line loaded in center is used to improve the performance of filter,and the insertion loss is lower than 2 dB with little fluctuation is obtained.Meanwhile,the flexible performance is determined in detailed,and the measured results indicate that the filter have excellent transmission performance.
