红花黄色素是植物红花的有效成分,可以通过清除活性氧自由基,抗炎症和调节细胞凋亡等生物活性来提高动物生产能力,促进动物生长,治疗动物疾病。文章对红花黄色素的组成、生物活性及其在动物生产中的应用进行总结,为其在畜禽饲料方面的研究提供参考。
Safflower yellow is an effective component extracted from Carthamus tinctorius L.It can improve animal production performance,promote animal growth and treat animal diseases through a variety of biological activities such as scavenging of reactive oxygen species,anti-inflammatory and regulation on apoptosis.The paper summarizes the composition,biological activity and application in animal production of safflower yellow,and provides references for its research on feeds of livestock and poultry.
