摘要
互联网经济形成了时空错配新型交易关系,使以往的信任文化、制度、方式、模式不再适应互联网基础上的交易关系与信任诉求,需要在传统信任体系之外添加互联网信任,添加基于区块链技术的制度安排以提升互联网信任。基于区块链技术的互联网信任制度具有较低的交易成本,并能有效防止互联网"作恶"行为,是最适合数字经济时代信任实现的制度安排,也是解决互联网信任问题的最优方案。在中国全面建设社会主义现代化国家过程中,既需要传统信任,也需要互联网信任,需要区块链技术支持的信任制度设计,这不仅是工业化与信息化融合的现实需要,也是完善中国特色社会主义信用体系的重要内容。因此需要构建适应全面建设社会主义现代化国家的信任体系,加强支持区块链技术互联网信任体系的制度构建,并加强区块链技术互联网信任体系的配套环境建设。
The Internet economy has formed a new type of transaction relationship with time and space mismatch,which makes the previous trust culture,system,mode and pattern no longer adapt to the transaction relationship and trust demands on the basis of the Internet.It is necessary to add Internet trust to the traditional trust system and institutional arrangements based on blockchain technology to enhance Internet trust.The Internet trust system based on blockchain technology has lower transaction cost and can effectively prevent Internet"evil"behavior.It is the most suitable institutional arrangement for the realization of trust in the era of digital economy and the best solution to solve the problem of Internet trust.In the process of building China into a modern socialist country in an all-round way,we need not only traditional trust,but also Internet trust,and the trust system design supported by blockchain technology.This is not only the practical need of the integration of industrialization and informatization,but also an important content of improving the socialist credit system with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,we need to build a trust system to meet the needs of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,strengthen the institutional construction of Internet trust system supporting blockchain technology,and strengthen the construction of supporting environment for Internet trust system of blockchain technology.
