摘要
探讨遮光度、样品质量、分散剂、分散方法等因素对GH4169高温合金粉末形貌测定的影响,确定了利用金相显微镜测定GH4169高温合金粉末形貌的最佳条件,金相显微镜测得的结果与扫描电镜测定的结果基本一致。试验标明该方法具有较高的重现性。
The article discusses the influences on GH4169 superalloy powder imposed by such factors as shading,sample quality,dispersant,and dispersion method.lt also shows that the optimum condition to determine the shape of GH4169 superalloy powder through metalloscope has been confirmed.Determining result of metalloscope is almost consistent with that of SEM.The test indicates this method has a high reproducibility.
