摘要
目的探讨复方樟柳碱联合鼠神经生长因子针治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效方法80例缺血性视神经病变患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用鼠神经生长因子针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方樟柳碱治疗,疗程2周。比较两组患者治疗前后的视力和平均光敏感度(MS)、血液流变学变化,以及临床疗效、不良反应情况结果观察组的治疗总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的视力和MS均较治疗前提高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的视力和MS高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Fib、红细胞聚集指数和血细胞比容(HCT)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的Fib、红细胞聚集指数和HCT均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱联合鼠神经生长因子针治疗缺血性视神经病变疗效良好,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To invesrigate the therapeutic effect of compound anisodine combined with nerve growth factor acupuncture on ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods The 80 patients with ischemic optic neuropathy in Cixi people’s Hospital from March 2016 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with nerve growth factor acupuncture,while those in the observation group were treated with compound anisodine on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect,visual acuity,mean light sensitivity(MS),hemorheology and adverse reactions were comp«ired before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The visual acuity and MS of the two groups of patients after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);the visual acuity and MS of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Fib,erythrocyte aggregation index and hematocrit(HCT)of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,Fib,erythrocyte aggregation index and HCT of the observarion group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound anisodine combined with mouse nerve growth factor acupuncture has a good effect on ischemic optic neuropathy,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
