摘要
目的系统评价临床护理教师有效教学行为的质性研究,为护理教学质量的提升提供参考。方法搜索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、维普网、万方、CNKI等数据库,纳入有关临床护理教师有效教学行为的质性研究,检索时间均从建库到2020年11月30日,对研究结果进行Meta整合。结果共有9篇文献被纳入,提炼出27个结果,归纳出7个类别,整合出3个主题,分别为良好的教学素养、扎实的专业功底、融洽的师生关系。结论临床护理教师的有效教学行为是护生进步和成长的原动力,为提升临床护理教学成效,护理教师应充分认识到有效教学行为对于护生掌握护理理论和技能的价值。
Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative researches on the effective teaching behavior of clinical nursing teachers,and provide reference for the improvement of nursing teaching quality.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,VIP,Wanfang,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and other databases were searched,and the qualitative researches on the effective teaching behavior of clinical nursing teachers were included.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to November 30,2020.Meta-synthesis of the results was performed.Results A total of 9 literatures were included,27 results were extracted,7 categories were summarized and 3 themes were integrated,namely,good teaching quality,solid professional skills and harmonious teacher-student relationship.Conclusions The effective teaching behavior of clinical nursing teachers is the driving force for the progress and growth of nursing students.In order to improve the effectiveness of clinical nursing teaching,nursing teachers should fully realize the value of effective teaching behaviors for nursing students to master nursing theory and skills.
