摘要
由稻绿核菌(Ustilaginoidea virens)和立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)引起的稻曲病和水稻纹枯病是水稻上的2种重要真菌病害。真菌病毒是一类以真菌和卵菌为寄主的病毒,一些引起寄主真菌低毒力的真菌病毒具有生防潜力,可用来防治植物真菌病害。评述了从稻曲病菌和水稻纹枯病菌中分别发现并完成测序的13种和8种真菌病毒的形态结构和特征,旨在全面了解这些真菌病毒的全貌,为将来的生防利用和进一步的深入研究提供参考资料。
Rice false smut and rice sheath blight,caused by Ustilaginoidea virens and Rhizoctonia solani,respectively,are two important fungal diseases of rice.Mycoviruses are a kind of viruses that take fungi and oomycetes as hosts.Some mycoviruses that cause hypovirulence of host fungi have the biocontrol potential and can be used to control plant fungal diseases.In this paper,the morphological structures and characteristics of 13 and 8 mycoviruses identified and sequenced from U.virens and R.solani,respectively,were reviewed,so as to comprehensively understand the panorama of these mycoviruses,and provide references for future biocontrol utilization and further researches.
