摘要
目的分析海南省2015年农村地区恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况,为肿瘤防治工作提供科学依据。方法利用海南省4个农村地区上报的恶性肿瘤发病、死亡信息,按性别、年龄别计算农村地区的发病(死亡)率、标化发病(死亡)率、0~74岁累积发病(死亡)率,并汇总发病和死亡前10位的恶性肿瘤。结果2015年海南省4个农村地区肿瘤登记覆盖人口数为1385944人,占同期海南省总人口的15.22%。海南省农村地区恶性肿瘤发病率为211.34/10万(男性244.63/10万,女性174.19/10万),中标率为168.15/10万,世标率为162.71/10万,0~74岁累积率为17.75%。男性发病率高于女性。海南省农村地区发病顺位前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为肝癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、乳腺癌。海南省农村地区恶性肿瘤死亡率为132.62/10万(男性171.98/10万,女性88.70/10万),中标率为101.59/10万,世标率为99.00/10万,0~74岁累积率为10.81%。男性死亡率高于女性。海南省农村地区死亡顺位前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、鼻咽癌。结论2015年海南省农村地区以肝癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、乳腺癌为高发癌种,男性是重点防范人群。
Objective To analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in the rural areas of Hainan Province in 2015,and to provide a scientific basis for cancer prevention and treatment.Methods Based on the information of the incidence and death of malignant tumors reported in four rural areas in Hainan Province,the incidence(mortality)rate,standardized incidence(mortality)rate and cumulative incidence(mortality)rate(0-74 years old)were calculated by gender and age,and the top 10 malignant tumors in incidence and mortality were summarized.Results In 2015,the registered population of cancer in four rural areas in Hainan Province was 1,385,944,accounting for 15.22%of the total population of Hainan Province during the same period.The incidence of malignant tumors in the rural areas of Hainan Province was 211.34/105(244.63/105 males,174.19/105 females),age-standardized rates by Chinese standard population(ASIRC)168.15/105,the age-standardized rates by world standard population(ASIRW)162.71/105,and the cumulative rate of 0-74 years old 17.75%.The incidence of male was higher than that of female.The top 5 malignant tumors in the rural areas of Hainan Province were liver cancer,lung cancer,colorectum cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer in sequence.The mortality rate of malignant tumors in the rural areas of Hainan Province was 132.62/105(171.98/105 males,88.70/105 females),with ASIRC of 101.59/105 and ASIRW of99.00/105,and the cumulative rate of 0-74 years old was 10.81%.The mortality of male was higher than that of female.The top 5 mortality of malignant tumors in the rural areas in Hainan Province were liver cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorectum cancer and nasopharynx cancer in sequence.Conclusions In 2015,liver cancer,lung cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer were the incidence malignant tumors in the rural areas of Hainan Province,and males should be the focus of prevention.
