基于突变检测的技术融合前沿及其演进分析——以生物芯片专利为例 被引量:5

摘要 [目的/意义]技术融合是技术创新的重要途径之一,分析技术融合而形成的前沿及其演进态势对于理解技术发展规律和预判技术发展方向具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以生物芯片技术领域的专利文献为分析对象,基于国际专利分类号排列组合,构造二元组和三元组技术融合,利用突变检测算法识别技术融合前沿,并持续追踪突变技术融合演进态势,最后依据谱系聚类算法对生物芯片领域技术融合进行划分。[结果/结论]生物芯片技术领域融合可分为核心型、经典型、饱和型、发展型和突发型5种融合发展类型。突变检测算法识别方法有助于识别领域技术融合前沿,把握技术融合发展态势。 [Purpose/Significance]Technology convergence is one of the important ways of technology innovation,and it is of great significance to identify the frontiers and monitor the evolution trend of technology convergence for understanding the regularity and predicting the direction of technology development.[Method/Process]In this paper,the patent literature in the field of biochip technology is taken as the analysis object,and the technology convergence of binary and triplet is constructed based on the possible combination of IPC.The frontiers formed by technology convergence is identified by burst detection algorithm,and the evolution trend of technology convergence is continuously tracked.[Result/Conclusion]The evolution of technology convergence in the field of biochip is divided into five types,core,classic,saturated,emerging and sudden according to the spectral clustering algorithm.The methodology of burst detection algorithm is helpful to identify the frontiers of technology convergence and grasp the development trend of technology convergence.
