摘要
综述了近年来黄酮类化合物提取和分离纯化方法的研究现状,总结了各提取分离方法的优缺点,并对各方法的原理、工艺流程及适宜参数进行了阐述。最后,从高效、环保、稳定性等3个方面探讨了黄酮类化合物提取纯化技术的发展方向。
The research status of extraction,separation and purification of flavonoids compounds in recent years is reviewed,and the principle,process flow and appropriate parameters of each method are described.Through comparative analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of extraction and separation methods were summarized.At last,the development direction of extraction and purification technology of flavonoids were discussed from the aspects of high efficiency,environmental protection and stability.
