温度对高负荷活性污泥法的影响及动力学分析 被引量:2

摘要 考察了高负荷活性污泥法(HRAS)在运行450 d的过程中出水水质随温度的变化,并探究了温度对HRAS去除COD的影响,建立了HRAS在好氧阶段去除COD的动力学模型。结果表明,在实验的COD、温度范围内,温度越高,HRAS去除COD的效率越高,在40℃,HRAS可以在45 min内去除污水中95%COD,而25℃时HRAS在55 min内仅能去除污水中81%的COD。在温度由40℃降至25℃时,HRAS在厌氧阶段去除COD的能力提高。40℃条件下,HRAS在好氧反应阶段的COD去除过程符合一级反应动力学方程S_r=(680 mg/L)(1-10~(-0.015 t/min)),实验值与拟合值的平均相对误差为13.76%,R~2=0.990;降温至25℃后,动力学方程变为S_r=(135 mg/L)(1-10~(-0.1 t/min)),平均相对误差为3.96%,R~2=0.994。 This study examined the change of COD removal with temperature over the course of 450 d of high-rate activated sludge process(HRAS)operation by changing temperature.And this study also explored the influence of temperature on COD removal of HRAS and established a dynamics model.The results showed that in the experimental COD and temperature range,the higher the temperature,the higher the efficiency of COD removal by HRAS.Under the condition of 40℃,HRAS can remove 95%COD in sewage within 45 min.But HRAS can only remove 81%COD in sewage within 55 min at 25℃.When the temperature dropped from 40℃to 25℃,the ability of HRAS removing COD in the anaerobic stage is improved.At 40℃,the COD removal process of HRAS in the aerobic reaction stage conforms to the first order reaction dynamics of S r=(680 mg/L)(1-10-0.015 t/min),and the average relative error between the experimental value and regression model is 13.76%,R 2=0.990.When the temperature dropped to 25℃,the dynamics equation becomes S r=(135 mg/L)(1-10-0.1 t/min),and the average relative error is 3.96%,R 2=0.994.
