摘要
近年来,随着自驾游的日趋风靡,SUV行李架的载物功能越来越多的被利用起来。与此同时,为保障车主外出旅游中的人身安全,行李架的承载能力则是在配置时必须考量的重要指标之一。本文针对行李架载荷指标进行台架考核设计,通过台架实验结果与虚拟仿真数据进行比对,得出仿真结果相对准确的结论。行李架实验台架的成功设计开发应用也为虚拟开发验证提供了可靠保障,在获得安全可靠的产品同时也大大缩短了验证周期,实现了这一领域的验证创新。
In recent years,with the popularity of self-driving travel,the load function of SUV luggage rack is more and more used.At the same time,in order to protect the personal safety of car owners when they travel,the carrying capacity of the luggage rack is one of the important performances that must be considered in the configuration.This paper describes the design of load test fixture and the durability testing method of the luggage rack.Through the comparison between the test results and the virtual simulation data,the conclusion that the simulation results are relatively accurate is drawn.The successful design,development and application of the test bench also provides a reliable guarantee for the virtual development and verification.It can obtain safe and reliable products,greatly shorten the validation cycle,and realize the validation innovation in this field.
