过渡带低效高耗转油站优化调整措施分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着油田开发不断深入,部分区块进入高含水开发后期,开井数及产量逐年降低,导致区域内站库常年处于低负荷运行状态,生产能耗及运行成本远高于正常转油站。杏北油田X转油站位于东部过渡带地区,油井开井率低,产液量低,站库运行负荷低,生产运行能耗较高。针对此问题,提出了优化调整措施,通过转变油井生产方式,调整站外集输方向,整体核减低效转油站,达到减员增效、降低能耗的目的。现场运行结果表明,通过采取以上措施,实现减少劳动用工20人,年节电63×10^(4)kWh,年节气110×10^(4)m^(3),促进了站库高效运行。 With the continuous deepening of oilfield development,some blocks have entered the late stage of high water cut development,and the number of wells and production have been decreasing year by year,resulting in low-load operation of stations and depots in the area,and production energy consumption and operating costs are much higher than normal oil transfer stations.Xingbei Oilfield X transfer station is located in the eastern transition zone.The oil well opening rate is low,the fluid production is low,the station warehouse operation load is low,and the production and operation energy consumption is high.In response to this problem,optimization and adjustment measures have been proposed.Through the transformation of oil well production methods,adjustment of the direction of gathering and transportation outside the station,the overall reduction of inefficient oil transfer stations,to achieve the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency and reducing energy consumption.The on-site operation results show that through the adoption of the above measures,the reduction of labor and employment by 20 people has been achieved,the annual electricity saving is 63×10^(4) kWh,and the annual gas saving is 110×10^(4) m^(3),which promotes the efficient operation of the station depot.
