摘要 本文对精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍相关的微小RNA(microRNA)的种类及表达特点进行综述,为更深入地研究精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍症状特点和分子机制、并为后续精准治疗及预后评估开辟新思路。 In this paper,the types and expression characteristics of microRNAs related to cognitive impairment in schizophrenia patients were reviewed,so as to provide a reference for further research on the characteristics of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia patients,and to open up new ideas for further research on the molecular mechanism of cognitive impairment as well as subsequent precise treatment and prognosis evaluation.
